Emotional health is an extremely crucial aspect of the overall health of a person. It is an indispensable aspect of human life and existence.

They can control sadness and anger. Basically, emotional health is a very important aspect of mental health.
How do we achieve it? There are many ways of achieving a good and satisfactory level of emotional health. It begins with your improving on your psychological health. This is the most important component. You have to be content. You have to be disciplined and you have to learn to be resilient. The most important aspect is however, dealing with emotions. Human beings have the capacity to feel a huge range of emotions and some of them can be extremely overwhelming, such as shock, sadness, despair from loss in life. Now, we humans often when faced with such overwhelming emotions fail to process it and we, not knowing how to process it, we try to supress it.
Suppression is problematic because it leads to serious mental issues later on in life. We need to learn to cope with it, by confrontation and process it.
